Partner programme FAQ
We work with a small number of trusted advisers and only take on referrals for work that we can deliver to the same standard as our direct engagements. That typically means IT consultants, MSPs, digital agencies, accountants, and legal advisers whose clients periodically need independent penetration testing or security assessments.
It depends on the engagement, and we agree it in writing before your first referral. Get in touch and we'll talk you through it.
Promptly after the client's invoice is settled, on receipt of a single invoice from you.
No. You are free to refer clients to other providers. We only ask that, where you actively introduce Exploitr for a specific engagement, you are not simultaneously referring the same client to a direct competitor for the same scope.
When you make an introduction, let us know the client name and contact at that point. We log all referred clients in writing so there is a record on both sides.
Our engagements are project-based, but we do offer regular assessments and post-engagement advice.
We do not offer managed security services, so there is no risk of us taking over a broader client relationship that you manage.
